Sign in in your Donor Portal Account by clicking on the button below. Please use the same email address where you receive your CMI giving receipts and login instructions.
After signing up, you will receive an email from support@kindful.com asking you to confirm your email address and verify your account. Please click “Confirm Your Account” to activate your Donor Portal. If you do not receive this confirmation email, please click the button below to resend it.
In the Recurring Transactions section, click Edit.
To update only the payment method, click Continue to Payment.
To update the schedule settings, select new values for the Frequency, Next Recurrence, Amount, or Fund.
Click Continue to Payment.
Select Credit Card or Bank Account.
If you select Credit Card, enter the Cardholder Name, Card Number, Month, Year, CVC, and Billing Address.
If you select Bank Account, enter the First Name (or Organization Name), the Last Name, Routing Number, Account Number, and Account Type (Checking or Savings).
Click Confirm to save your changes.
