Craig leads the team and the board of directors to fulfill the vision and mission of CMI to ignite, unite, and equip churches to reach large strategic cities in Latin America.

Mark unites and equips the large network of Latin American pastors connected to CMI. He advises leaders, conducts training, and helps shepherd pastors and their wives towards healthy servant-leadership.

Inge Lise is based in Quito, Ecuador. She is a bridge between cultures coordinating a wide range of events and partnerships that extend the gospel and advance churches.

Rebeca hails originally from Santiago, Chile, but now lives in Texas. She helps assure that CMI's ministry operations function efficiently and effectively, helping CMI fulfill its commitment to excellence and integrity.

Mauren develops communication assets with integrity and accuracy, helping CMI fulfill its commitment to timely inform its supporters and partner churches. She is from Bolivia and is grateful to belong to an organization eager to share the gospel in Latin America.

Judy provides administrative support where
needed. She is always ready to help. She was born and raised in Texas, loves to study God's Word, serve at her church, and volunteer in different activities.
